GSM Fusion – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GSM Fusion, we want you to feel confident when ordering our SIM unlocking services. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation.


1. Cancellations

  • Before Processing Begins: Orders may be cancelled only if the unlock process has not yet started.
  • After Processing Starts: Once your order is with our supplier or in progress, it cannot be cancelled until completed.

To request a cancellation, contact us at support@gsmfusion.com with your Order # and IMEI.


2. Refund Eligibility – 100% Money Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We cannot provide an unlock code or method for your device.
  • An unlock attempt is unsuccessful after you provide the required video proof (IMEI displayed + unlock code attempt).

3. Refund Exclusions (No Refunds If):

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • Incorrect information was submitted (IMEI, carrier, model, email, etc.).
  • Your device is already unlocked, previously hardlocked (0 attempts left), stolen, blacklisted, or reported lost.
  • You change your mind after the unlock code has been delivered.
  • You cannot use the device on your intended carrier due to incompatibility (frequency bands, network support, etc.).
  • You fail to follow the instructions provided.
  • Unlock code/tool was delivered successfully but you decide not to use it.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • If eligible, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You must submit your refund request within 90 days of order completion.
