1. Definitions

  • “Client” / “You” / “Your”: Refers to the individual or entity placing an order or using services provided by GSM Fusion.
  • “GSM Fusion” / “We” / “Us”: Refers to GSM Fusion, a company operating in Georgia, USA.
  • “Order”: Refers to the purchase request submitted electronically through our website.
  • “Services”: Refers to all mobile phone SIM unlocking services offered by GSM Fusion.

2. General Provisions

  • GSM Fusion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any wireless network provider, smartphone manufacturer, or brand mentioned on our website. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
  • By placing an order, You certify that:
    1. You are the legal owner of the device or have the carrier’s authorization.
    2. The unlocking activity complies with U.S. law including the Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act and with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • GSM Fusion reserves the right to refuse service for suspicious, fraudulent, blacklisted, or stolen devices.
  • Use of our website constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. GSM Fusion may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site confirms your acceptance.

3. Service and Delivery Policy

  • Unlock codes and instructions are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery timeframes vary by model and carrier. Any stated times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Supplier delays or technical issues may affect turnaround times.
  • Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled until completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the device is compatible with your intended carrier after unlocking.
  • Devices must not be reported lost, stolen, blacklisted, or barred. GSM Fusion is not responsible for devices that cannot function on a network due to carrier bans.
  • Before purchase, check that your device is not hardlocked (i.e., no attempts left to enter an unlock code). Refunds are not issued for hardlocked devices.
  • Some devices may require a non-accepted SIM card (from a carrier different than the locked carrier) in order to complete the unlocking process.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee in the following cases:

  • Unlock code or method cannot be provided.
  • Unlock attempt verified unsuccessful with proper evidence provided (IMEI displayed and code input shown via video proof as requested).

Refunds are not issued if:

  • Incorrect IMEI, model, carrier, or order details were submitted.
  • Device is already unlocked or previously hardlocked.
  • Client failed to follow the unlocking instructions provided.
  • Client changes their mind after the unlock code has been delivered.
  • Device is barred, blacklisted, stolen, or has carrier restrictions outside our control.
  • Device is incompatible with intended network after being successfully unlocked.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7 business days.


6. Warranties and Liability

  • GSM Fusion provides all Services “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the service provided.
  • In no event will GSM Fusion be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSM Fusion, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, except where attributable to GSM Fusion’s own negligence or misconduct.


8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • The laws of the State of Georgia (as applicable to your transaction) shall govern this Agreement without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Privacy Policy

  • GSM Fusion values your privacy and will collect and use your data only in compliance with applicable U.S. law.
  • We will never sell your personal information. Any promotional emails will include an option to opt out.
